Cancellation Policy

- Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- Order modifications or cancellations are subject to availability and order status. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make changes to orders that have already been prepared or dispatched.
- Same-Day Delivery Orders:
- For same-day delivery orders, cancellations or modifications must be requested at least three hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders placed within three hours of the requested delivery time may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
- Pre-Order and Special Occasion Orders:
- For pre-order or special occasion orders (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date. Orders placed within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
- Refunds and Store Credits:
- Approved cancellations may be eligible for a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order, and the amount refunded may be subject to deduction of any transaction fees or non-refundable charges incurred by LIFE AND BLOOM FLOWERS AND CHOCOLATE.
- Store credits can be used towards future purchases and are valid for a specified period as determined by LIFE AND BLOOM FLOWERS AND CHOCOLATE.
- Substitution Policy:
- In the event that a specific flower or product is unavailable, we may substitute it with a comparable alternative of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement or product.
